Coke plant - Shanxi province
The influent after pre-treatment had COD in the range of 1,200 - 1,500 mg/L. The secondary effluent was 150-170 mg/L.
After dosing of bio-enzyme products, the secondary effluent had COD 100 - 120 mg/L. The tertiary effluent had COD <100 mg/L.
The bio-system has been run stably since 2010.The bio-products involved in this plant include: 1-5900, 1-5500, 1-4400 and 1-5600.
Textile plant - Zhejiang province
A textile dyeing wastewater treatment located in Zhejiang Province where the influent had COD in the range of 600 - 700 mg/L after pre-treatment. The influent rate was 20,000 - 25,000 m3/d.
The secondary effluent COD was brought down to <80 mg/L by the dosing of bio-enzyme products, compared to 100 mg/L prior to the use of bio-enzyme products.
The bio-products involved in this plant include: 1-5300, 1-5400, 1-5900, 1-5500, 1-5600 and 1-7000.
Steel plant - India
An integrated steel plant located in India has a daily wastewater flow of 8,400m3.
The plant had poor COD removal and nitrification was very poor due to high levels of phenol, cyanide and oils in the influent.
The use of bio-enzyme products resulted in final effluent with COD <150mg/L, Phenol <1mg/L, Cyanide <0.2mg/L and Ammonia <5mg/L. Nitrification and denitrification has been restored.
The bio-products involved in this plant include: 1-5500, 1-5400 and 1-5900.
